我个人觉得，咱们自己的根很深，离地面就远，树下掉下的果子砸在头上，就希望能冒出点灵感主意。可金星冒过，得到啥呢。果子好比是洋狼，被砸的是我们，根在偷笑和无奈。
我认为需要根也需要被砸的一圈子金星，好歹头顶上也要冒个idea的灯泡

北风: 《以藏》听朋友讲起过，可惜在文化霸权的米国不易找到，回国时定找来补课。是否与《Kill Bill》类似？干活儿的时候是应该象黑旋风李逵杀去东京夺了鸟位才快活。歇晌的时候吴用也是有用的。也许我没有理解对，鉴谅。

悲观花朵：比喻很妙，发人深省。希望看到大家结的果子砸得洋狼眼冒金星。

这实际上是个HD视频装置。按说明，作者的女儿七个月大的时候罹患败血症，现病情已控制。作者将他的情感经历化作一件关于血的出奇的作品。

Arthur Liou, opening on March 3rd, 2006. Chicago Tribune critic Alan G. Artner states, “Beginning at the age of seven months, the artist's daughter was diagnosed with
leukemia. She now is 2 1/2, and the disease has gone into remission. But the pieces by
her father constitute a poetic record of the illness, which has been paradoxically
universalized through highly personal and unusual imagery. Most impressive is how the
artist has distilled a long and powerful emotional experience into an economical and
pure series of essays in color and form without stinting on sentiment. The emotion is
tightly controlled and the better for it.”

这位英国人把东西直接摆在像纸上创作，方法老套，有新意的地方是东方韵味。她在日本住过，深受日本文化影响。她似乎悟到些许“物我两忘”的境地。
“I think I became aware of photography being a medium that I wanted to pursue when I lived in Japan. Going to Japan represented for me moving away from painting and a different kind of search. pengkecn: 非常喜欢砸烂权威狗头的造反派精神。让我回忆起北大三角地大字报的快活日子。拿来主义的鼎盛时期应该是八十年代的现代美术运动。经过二十年，现在既然破了旧，就该立新了。下一次见到垃圾堆里的宝贝found objects，一定要抢在洋人之前化腐朽为神奇，积极参与文化竞争。

呼应pengkecn和北风的杀气观念，介绍一个强调痛苦疼痛本能的但并不疯狂的作品。作者全部自拍，技法是Photogravures（我完全不懂这种凹版印刷技术）。

Riley creates her images (strictly speaking, they're prints, not photographs) by taking
photographic negatives, making positives onto ortho film in the darkroom, and using the
positives to expose solar polymer plates. The plates are inked, and a dozen prints are
hand-pulled from an etching press.

The results are strikingly beautiful -- gauzy, feathery whites and grays, velvety blacks.
And some of the photographs are amazing. And some, while technically wonderful, are
a little strange -- unless, of course, you're into avian necrophilia.
